When you think of Ferrari, this is the type of motor car that comes to mind. Designed in the early 1980's, the Testarossa was a roaring success for the Italian marque and you can see why. If you had to close your eyes and draw a sports car, this is what you'd draw. The presence it has when standing still is quite something, and plenty of the modern cars could learn a thing or two by not over complicating design... A lot of us will remember it from Miami Vice, and once it made that show (after Ferrari initially said no, then saw the success) - its legendary status was immortalised.

The Testarossa has a 4.9L flat 12, mated to a 5-speed manual box. It produced 380hp which obviously all went to the rear wheels. This was THE flagship Ferrari in the 80s and it's stood the test of time better than most. The example in question spent the first part of its life in Germany, before moving to the Netherlands - and being with that owner for a quarter of a century. What really stands out about this car is the condition, especially notable inside. The seats have retained their shape and the steering wheel looks as fresh today is it did 20 years ago. Those iconic orangey-red dials complete the interior in fine style.
